My name is Roland, but most people know me as RoRo — and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a husband, dad, leather craftsman, small business owner, and lover of good food and weekend adventures. I was born and raised in Hawai‘i and now live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my family. Life has taken me on a journey — one full of transitions, growth, challenges, and a whole lot of gratitude.
Ohana Guy is my space to share all of it.
Why I Started This Blog
The word ‘ohana’ means family — and for me, that’s at the center of everything I do.
Whether I’m building something by hand in the shop, planning a weekend escape with the fam, or juggling the day-to-day hustle, my why has always been rooted in love, connection, and legacy.
This blog is my way of documenting that journey — the real-life moments that make us who we are. It’s not always pretty, and definitely not perfect, but it’s honest, and it’s ours.
